Any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account must be reported to our support team immediately. You are personally responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including any access by third parties. Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited. ckk will never ask for your password via email or message.
All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and must be completed through applicable local payment methods. Before making a deposit, please ensure your account has been fully verified. Withdrawal requests generally take 1–3 business days to process and may require completion of a specific verification procedure. Funds cannot be transferred to third-party accounts; withdrawals can only be made to the registered account holder's own account. ckk reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account if any suspicious financial activity is detected.
Ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all users on the ckk platform is our highest priority. Any form of cheating, use of bots, software manipulation, or collusion is strictly prohibited, and if such activity is proven, the account will be permanently closed. Any attempt to exploit multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits will result in all associated accounts being cancelled. Any transactions linked to money laundering or illegal financial activity will be stopped immediately and the relevant authorities will be notified. Deliberately exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform is strictly forbidden.
